Ipsen puts patients first

Patients

At Ipsen, patients motivate every decision we make.

Working together, with patients for patients

What does this mean in practice?

Ipsen works with patients, their families, and more than 270 patient organizations around the world at a global, regional, and national level. We believe in working together with patients, for patients. In practice this means that experiences of the patient community guide everything we do. It all starts with listening, and we enter dialogue with them as early as possible when developing new medicines. Our key priorities are generating data and sharing experiences by focusing on long-term strategic engagement and partnerships with patient organizations. We believe close collaboration and inclusion is essential to ensure we chart the right course. Our goal is to understand and respond to patients’ needs, helping them and their caregivers at different points throughout their experiences.
